• Minimum stay requirement :
  - at least 4 nights on 20 Dec - 31 Jan

• Special Summer Promotion (Applicable to Superior Bungalow Only) Valid for 01 May - 30 Sep 10
  - Stay 4 nights Pay only 3 nights
  - Stay 8 nights Pay only 6 nights
  - Stay 12 nights Pay only 9 nights
  - Free night/s offer is room only. Breakfast on free nights must be paid at meal rate

• Compulsory Dinner :
  - Christmas Eve on 24 Dec Adult 3,000 THB / Person, Child 4-12 years 1,500 THB / person
  - New Year's Eve on 31 Dec Adult 4,500 THB / Person, Child 4-12 years 2,250 THB / person

• Max. guest per room including children & children & infants : 3 persons

• Peak Season : 2 nights non-refundable deposit will be collected 2 weeks after making the reservation

  - Please be advised that our hotel transfer arrangement roundtrip for clients from Phuket-Phi Phi Island Village-Phuket and Krabi-Phi Phi Island Village-Krabi are compulsory.
  But transfer out to Lanta sea only is non compulsory. The details of clients should be informed in advance at least one week prior to their arrival.
  For transfer from P.P Pier to P.P Island Village by Long Tail Boat, the rate is Adult 200 Baht, Chd under 12yrs. F.O.C one way / pax, roundtrip x 2

• Cancellations and No Show Policy :
  - Low Season : to be informed at least 20 days
  - High Season : to be informed at least 35 days
  - Peak Season : to be informed at least 50 days
  - Prior to clients arrival, otherwise one night charge will be collected.
  - No Show one night charge will be collected

• Early Check Out Policy :
  - Low Season : to be informed at least one night before departure, otherwise one night charge will be collected.
  - High Season : charge one night more for cancellation fee.
  - Peak Season : Charge full period

• Payment Policy:
  - payment must be prior to arrival date  Visa/master card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge.
