check-out time is 11:30 hrs, late check-out up to 18:00
hrs is 50% charge of the room rate. After 18:00 hrs,
100% charge of the room rate. |

Guest who stay in room 101,
102 and 103 get complimentary rounds trip transfer from/to
krabi Airport to resort and 1 set dinner at railay
restaurant. |

Transportation with max 8 persons / trip by van and
long-tail boat:
Krabi Airport to Railay Bay = 1,200 Bht
Arrival flight after 5 apm. 1,500 Baht /way
Phuket Airport to Railay Bay = 3,200 Bht (MAX 8 persons) |

Peak Season policy:
- The guest must stay at least 3 nights during the peak
season. ( No departure 24 & 31 December permit)
- The guests who stay over the 24 and 31 Dec 06 must stay
more than consecutively 3 nights. |

Compulsory Dinner:
- on 24 Dec 07: 2,900 Bht/adult; 1,600 Bht/child below 12
- on 31 Dec 07: 3,500 Bht/adult;
2,200 Bht/child below 12 |

No Show or late cancellation : a minimum of one-night charge/
