• Above rates are net, inclusive of tax, service charge and daily breakfast for 2 persons

• Extra bed for the third person (above 12 years old) is Thai Baht 1,200 per person per night including breakfast.

• New Year Eve Gala Dinner is compulsory at Thai Baht 4,500 per person.

• Cancellation and No show Policy :
  All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email with our acknowledgement within 30 days prior to arrival date.  Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate.
• No show: total payment will be charged.
• Payment Policy:
  Full prepayment . Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
