Our Villa rooms are light and spacious villas with individual rooftop terraces. Single roof top villas are built for optimum privacy and provide large upper floor private terrace balconies.

All rooms have air-condition, twin or double bed options, telephones, in-house movies & satellite remote control color TV, private quality bathrooms with hot & cold running water, ceramic tiled room flooring, occasional chairs and coffee & tea making facilities. Villas have separate tub/shower bathrooms complete with hair dryers.

Guests receive a welcome drink & daily drinking water.

Cottage

Cottage rooms are built in two guest room units, decorated with marbled shower bathrooms and other full-facilities. Located in a well-design landscape area with tall trees and fragrant flowers, the cottage area has its own swimming pool and relaxed area.

All rooms have air-condition, twin or double bed options, telephones, in-house movies & satellite remote control color TV, private quality bathrooms with hot & cold running water, ceramic tiled room flooring, occasional chairs and coffee & tea making facilities. Villas have separate tub/shower bathrooms complete with hair dryers.

The hotel-style rooms are adjacent to the lobby and restaurants and only a minute walk to the beach front.

These Standard rooms have either rubber plantation or garden views (some have interconnecting door option), with combined shower/tub bathrooms.

one child up to 12 years will be accommodated in extra bed at a cost of Baht 150.- (including breakfast)
Superior Rooms & Villas:
first child (existing bedding = one double-bed and one single-bed) Baht 150.- including breakfast
second child with extra bed and breakfast = Baht 450.-

Honeymooners: will be upgraded to best possible room, fruits + flowers.

Welcome drink: all guests will receive a welcome drink upon arrival.

Payment policy: full prepayment within 30 days prior to arrival date for high season and 20 days prior to arrival date for other seasons. Booking requires credit card guarantee by visa/master card plus 3.5% bank charge.
