	Meal Rate: - Breakfast 300 Bht/adult, 200 Bht/child(3-12 years). - Set Lunch (Thai Menu) 350 Bht/adult, 200 Bht/child(3-12 years). - Set Dinner (Thai Set Menu) 450 Bht/adult, 250 Bht/child(3-12 years).

 Payment:

	Cash Prepayment prior to arrival.
	50% prepayment for all booking and the balance 50% withing 15 days before arrival date except during peak season-100% prepayment is required.
	Reservation made without advance payment will not be guaranteed.
	No-show or cancellation 14 days or less before check in date will be charged 2 night stay.
	No-show or cancellation 14-30 days before check in date will be charged 1 night stay.
	Credit card (visa/master card) is acceptable e.g. 3.5-4% charge.
	Transportation: Krabi Airport to Hotel/from Hotel: 800 Bht/way (maximum 6 persons)

  Cancellation:

	Peak season: Full length stay will be charged for cancellation/no show received within 50 days prior to each arrival.
	High season: A 2 night penalty will be charged for canaellation/no show received within 35 days prior to each arrival.
	Low season: A night penalty will be charged for canaellation/no show received within 7 days prior to each arrival
