Cancellation Policy:
- any cancellation must be informed to us within 30 days for 20 Dec - 20 Jan, 20 days for other periods, otherwise a minimum one-night room rate will be charged.
- No show without notice, total payment will be charged.

Child Policy:

No charge for one child 12 years or under sharing room with parents using existing bed.

These services are public ferries and are NOT operated by Holiday Inn Resort Phi Phi Island. The resort will assist in providing the information only and accepts no responsibility for any changes whatsoever.

Boats marked * arrive at the main pier at Ton Sai township at Phi Phi Island. An extra 35 minutes long tail boat ride is required to reach Holiday Inn Resort Phi Phi Island. Please inform the resort the ferry name, arrival and departure date and time.

AT ALL TIMES please re-confirm with the reception of your hotel the schedule of your ferry before making any final arrangements.
