bullet Peak Season: within 20 days prior to arrival date; otherwise total payment will not be refunded.

Late Arrival:

bullet We confirm to keep the room for booked guests.  Guests who check-in late without any prior notice to us, will be charged as normal room rate.
bullet No show is not refunded.
