The above room rates are nett in Thai Baht, inclusive of ABF, VAT and service charges.

Child over 3 under 12 of age 50% off breakfast, infant (under 2 years of age free of charged) A child is accommodated free of charge when sharing existing bedding with parent ( breakfast compulsary)

Krabi Airport transfer:
- Baht 250/person/trip by shuttle bus, inclusive of ferry fee
- Baht 2,200/bus/trip by shuttle bus, inclusive of ferry fee, maximum 10 persons

Checkin-out: 14:00 hrs - 12:00 noon; late check out: 50% room rate will be charged.

Payment Policy:
all bookings must be prepaid within 30 days prior to arrival date.

Cancellation Policy:
10 days for low season; 20 days for high season and 30 days for peak season. Failure to do so will result in one-night room rate charge.
