Payment Condition:

Full prepayment in cash before arrival.

Reservation: Deposit

Normal Period: the higher of 50% of total payment or 1-night deposit. Cancellation 35 days prior to arrival -- deposit will be refund. Failure to this, deposit will not be refund.
Peak period: Dec 16- Jan 15 and Apr 10-15: Full payment is required. Cancellation 50 days prior to arrival is no charge. Failure to this, payment is not refunded.
Late cancellation: equivalent to 1-night will be charged.
No show charge: at least 1-night charge / room.
Payment by Visa/Master is accepted e.g. 3.5% bank service charge.

Period of Occupancy:

Room will usually be available after 2.00 p.m. Checkout time: 11.00 noon. Room used from 12.00 to 06:00 p.m. on the day of departure will be charged at 50% of the room rate. Room occupied beyond 06:00 p.m. will be charged at the full rate.

Package tour 2 days 1 night is subject to request. The Package tour requires minimum 15 persons, inclusive of R/T transfer, room, 3 meals.
