  • (Dec 20 - Jan 20) 2 nights deposit (non refundable) will be collected two weeks after making the reservation and the rest two months prior to arrival date.and minimum stay 4 nights least.
  • Cancellation Policy:

    • Low Season - To be informed at least 14 days prior to clients' arrival.
      High Season - To be informed at least 40 days to clients' arrival.
      Peak Season - To be informed at least 50 days prior to clients' arrival.

    • failure to this, and no show at least one-night room rate will be charged.

  • Compulsory Gala Dinner

  • Early Check out Policy:

    • Low Season: we charge for the whole period

    • High Season: we charge one night more for cancellation fee

 Transfer from Krabi Airport/Hotels (one way/person):
Land: Krabi Airport or Krabi Hotels to Krabi Pier
Sea: From Krabi Pier to Phi Phi Island Village (by ferry)adult:900 Bht; child under 12: 800 Bht

Sea: From Phi Phi Island Village to Lanta Seaonly ( Saradan Pier by ferry) Adult 600 Baht Child under 12 : 500 Baht

  • For hotel transfer rate by speed boat during high and peak season (Phuket-P.P-Phuket) still remain unchanged.

  • only at 08:30 hrs and 13:30 hrs: two times a day.
  • Pier: Boat Lagoon Marina Pier (the international standard marina in Phuket,located in town).
  • Please be advised that our hotel transfer arrangement roundtrip for clients from Phuket-Phi Phi Island Village-Phuket and Krabi-Phi Phi Island Village-Krabi are compulsory. But transfer out to Lanta sea only is non compulsory. The details of clients should be informed in advance at least one week prior to their arrival. For transfer from P.P Pier to P.P Island Village by Long Tail Boat, the rate is Adu 100 Baht, Chd under 12yrs. F.O.C one way / pax, roundtrip x 2
