  • Checkout time at 11:00 a.m. after that will be charged 300Baht/hour. Checkout after 13:00 hrs is subject to 1 night charge. Early checkout is subject to charge the whole period, non-refundable in any case.
  • No show & cancellation are subject to charge in the whole amount. non refund.
  • Baby cot is on request, free of charge.
  • Payment Policy: full prepayment prior to arrival date.  Full payment within 12 days prior to arrival date. 
  • Reservation Policy: at least 50% deposit within 10 days after booking is done.
