• Children's arrangements - Children under 12 years sharing bed with parents charge ABF 100 Baht per day.
• Room will be available for occupancy 2.00 p.m., check out time at 11.30 a.m., Late check out up to 6.00 p.m. at 50% charged base on the tariff rate, for any check out after 6.00 p.m. will be charged full rate.

• Reservation Policy:
  - All bookings requires cash prepayment or credit card (visa/master card only).
• Payment Policy:
  - payment must be made within 10 days prior to arrival date. Visa/master card is accepted plus 3.5% bank charge.
• Cancellation and No Show Policy:
  - Cancellation must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within 30 days prior to arrival date. No Show will be 100% charged without refund.
